Pompton Building Supply is a small business in Pequannock, New Jersey providing building materials for construction projects and home maintenance.
We provide a range of products, including lumber and hardware materials alongside supplies for decking, doors, and windows. We also provide mouldings, paint, and various kinds of tools and hardware.
As a small, local company, Pompton Building Supply is proud to bring a personal touch to our work: this is a family business, and our staff has deep roots in New Jersey that go back more than half a century.
We have started, led, and grown construction companies, working on everything from new builds to renovations and additions. As such, we understand how important the right materials are, and we care about building relationships with customers, sourcing quality goods, and being a part of the New Jersey community.

Meet the Team
Billy McEntee (President & Owner) has worked in masonry, construction, and food services and production in New Jersey for all his life. He previously ran McEntee Construction, owned Falls View Grill, and, most recently, sold Patriot Pickle after raising its profile to become a leading national distributor. With Pompton Building Supply, Bill is excited to return to his construction roots and help run a family business.
Demi McEntee (Vice President & Owner) is a New Jersey native and earned a Bachelor’s in sports management from New York University before going on to work in sports sales for Madison Square Garden. Demi also owns Pop's Car Wash in Wayne. She loves the Rangers, Knicks, and Yankees, and most of all her family’s dog, Fin.
Dom Roccasanta (Director, Operations) is a native of Fairfield, NJ and received his bachelor's in business management from Ramapo College. He spent several years in procurement and operations for a market research company while also working for his father’s power washing business in the springs and summers. He loves Sunday dinners with family, watching soccer, and staying up to date on the latest innovations in business & technology.
Frank Pascrell (General Manager) is a proud grandfather of 2 and brings over 4 decades of experience to the lumber and hardware industry. From a young kid working in a lumber yard to Pompton’s front counter 42 years later, we dare you to ask Frank a question he can’t answer about lumber! He is an avid Yankees fan and loves building relationships with the friendly faces that come in and out every day. And he brings the best sweet treats for the staff and customers!
Pat Byle (Sales & Engineer) is a hometown native, raised in Pompton Plains. Pat brings 30 years of experience after graduating TCNJ with a bachelor’s of mechanical engineering in 1991.Pat enjoys his wife and three boys, alongside gardening, home projects, and history. He also likes the Knicks, Yankees, and cheering on youth baseball leagues.
Debby Tarsitano (Office Manager) is the Office Manager and proud grandmother of five. She is another local homegrown employee and has been with the company for over 12 years. Although Debby loves a clean book internally, she loves reading a good novel even more! The way to her heart is anything dog-related – especially a dog calendar!
